If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 01913 545 545 any time between 8.30am and 4pm – Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. Office address: Portland House, Belmont Business Park, Durham. DH1 1TW
If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure below.

There are two ways:

- Once logged in, go to your account, select the “Addresses” tab and edit your address
No. Your financial transactions are processed by either Stripe. We do not have access to your credit card detaiils.
We only ship within the United Kingdom.
Where possible we deliver all products at the same time.
